Summer Family Photoshoot at Stockhill Wood - Steph, Dan and Charlie

I first met these three in mid 2021 when I had the absolute pleasure of shooting their newborn session. It made my heart so happy when they rebooked a year on and I got to spend yet another beautiful day with them. It’s always such an honour when people return back to me to capture yet another stage in their life. The teeny Charlie who I’d met as a newborn was now a chatty little almost-1-year-old, close to walking, funny as anything, with the sweetest personality that shined like the sun.

We split the session in the woodland of Stockhill then ventured out to the priddy fields, I mean how could we resist when we had sunshine like that! Can you believe it was intended to rain on their shoot?! Stockhill will always be a spot that I adore for sessions. It has an otherworldly feel to it, like you’re walking through the beginning of a fairytale. You’d never guess that its only 30 minutes outside of Bristol, hidden in the depths of the mendips.
